Service Description

On the basis of on-line consultations, I will prepare individual dietary recommendations for you (in the form of a pdf guide), on the basis of which you will effectively pursue your goal. They will provide you with information on what to follow when making your food choices. It is a form of nutritional education, thanks to which you will know not only how to eat, but above all you will realize why you should change your diet in this way.
