Online visit with a dietician (60 min) + diet option for 7/14 days
Service Description
Our first online meeting will last about an hour. During this time, I will find out what your goal is, what your lifestyle looks like, and I will ask about all aspects related to health and dietary preferences. I will give you the most important information about what you should change and answer all your questions. If you choose the option with a menu, after the visit I will prepare an individual diet for you tailored to your needs, goal, health condition, and dietary preferences. You will receive a PDF with your diet and a shopping list.
