I am a clinical dietitian with many years of experience.I have finished Master degree studies at the Medical University in Wrocław, and I constantly expand my knowledge during courses and training in the field of dietetics. In 2019, I did an internship as a dietitian in the United States at the Hawaiian Cancer Treatment Center. I specialize in therapy irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and SIBO based on low FODMAP diet, diet in histamine intolerance and nutritional treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. I work with patients individually and give lectures on healthy eating. I make sure that I always provide patients with up-to-date information, which is why I explore the latest scientific research in the field of nutrition on a daily basis. Check My certificates
Aleksandra Pośpiech, MA
A collaborative dietitian
I am a clinical dietitian, I obtained a master degree in dietetics at the Medical University in Warsaw. I specialize in nutrition in gastrointestinal diseases (low FODMAP diet in irritable bowel syndrome and SIBO), diet-related diseases (including dyslipidemia, insulin resistance), in and in the diet with histamine intolerance. I have extensive experience in managing people with various ailments, diseases and needs. I have deepened my knowledge thanks to my experience in work in a Warsaw clinical hospital (cardiology department) and in the clinic of surgical treatment of obesity. I have also completed a number of training courses in the field of dietetics and participated in scientific conferences in the field of nutrition.

Dietician
I am a graduate of dietetics at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and I completed my master's degree in dietetics at the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław. My interests include topics related to intestinal microbiota, plant-based diets, and intestinal diseases and their diet therapy. I create recipes and menus and prepare substantive content and materials that we use in working with patients.
