Definitions

  1. In the following Cookies Policy and Privacy Policy, the following terms are used:

  5. Newsletter - it is a free service that is provided electronically to the User by the Administrator with the consent of the User. It consists in providing information by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the User about products, services, events and other information as part of the Administrator's activity.

Newsletter Agreement - it is an agreement, an agreement between the Administrator and means an agreement between the Administrator and the User, the subject of which is the provision of the free Newsletter service. In order to conclude it, fill out an interactive form, select consents under the e-mail address and name, and then confirm the willingness to subscribe and receive the newsletter by subscribing to the confirmation e-mail.

Personal data

  1. Providing the Administrator with their personal data by the User using the contact form, newsletter subscription form, order form and visit booking form is voluntary.

  2. The administrator of personal data provided via the forms on the Website is the Administrator.

  3. The User's personal data provided by him to the Administrator may be processed voluntarily for the purpose of:

    1. performance of the service, performance of the contract, evaluation of services, consideration of complaints or claims - in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR (necessity to conclude and / or perform the contract);

    2. providing a discount for a service / product or a promotional code, telephone or e-mail contact - in the manner chosen by the User in a voluntarily completed form, the use of cookies on the Website - in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent);

    3. fulfillment of obligations resulting from the provisions of tax law in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR (obligation resulting from legal provisions);

    4. website management; analysis of data related to the use of the Website that is collected automatically, incl. Cookies; creating databases and records that are related to the GDPR; storing information about paid and unpaid orders; defense against claims and establishing the facts in accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator);

The collected and processed data include: automatically collected cookies; data regarding visits to the Website (such as browser type, operating system type, IP number) - which are used only to analyze the behavior and users of the Website and are not associated with the user's personal data; data that the User provided voluntarily via the form on the Website. The Administrator guarantees the User the confidentiality of the data collected in this way - they are protected by procedures implemented by the Administrator, which are designed to protect personal data against unauthorized persons and third parties. All personal data entrusted to the Administrator are stored in a way that protects against access by unauthorized persons.

  1. The Administrator informs the User that he entrusts the processing of collected personal data to the following entities:

  3. The administrator independently performs the duties related to the protection and processing of personal data and has not appointed a Personal Data Protection Inspector.

§4

Newsletter service

  1. When completing the subscription form for the Newsletter, the User should provide true data in order to be able to provide the service (e-mail address and name). These data will then be processed by the Administrator.

  2. The Newsletter service is free of charge.

  3. To use the Newsletter service, it is necessary to voluntarily accept this Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

  4. In order for the Newsletter Agreement to be concluded by the User, he is obliged to:

    1. Supplementing the Newsletter form, accepting the checkbox related to the consent to the privacy policy, the processing of personal data in order to provide the Newsletter service and consent to receive commercial and marketing information by e-mail in accordance with the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal U. No. 144, item 1204, as amended), clicking the button to save the application, confirmation of the application by clicking the link sent by e-mail.

  5. Consents related to the Newsletter service may be withdrawn at any time by the User, which involves the deletion of his data entrusted by the subscription form to the Newsletter from the list of Administrator's subscribers. This can be done by contacting the Administrator or by clicking on the deactivation link in the e-mail from the Newsletter.

  6. The Newsletter Agreement is an agreement that is concluded for an indefinite period, in accordance with paragraph 6 lit. and).

§5

Cookies and other technologies

  1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.

  2. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User's end device and are intended for the use of the Website and its subpages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.

  3. The entity that places cookies on the User's end device and obtains access to them is the Administrator.

  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:

a) adapting the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the User's device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;
